Scott founded Meadows and Ross in 2020 following years of working as a consultant for other organisations in the construction industry. His background is predominantly in building physics, investigating the performance of buildings at both a site wide and individual component level.
As one of the most qualified consultants in the UK, Scott takes great satisfaction in helping project teams navigate the quagmire of methodologies and regulations, ultimately helping to ensure practical and effective building performance solutions are achieved.
In recent years, his focus has broadened in response to evolving trends in the UK construction industry, particularly in areas such as Passive House, Retrofit, and Net-Zero Carbon solutions.

- Non-Domestic Energy Assessor (Level 3, 4, & 5, UK-wide)
- On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor
- BREEAM Qualified Assessor

- Section 6 (Energy) Approved Certifier of Design (Domestic and Non-Domestic Buildings)
