Pin Mill Textiles Ltd supplies home textiles for the bedroom, bathroom and living room, and have been based in Manchester since 1952. Meadows and Ross were appointed to support the extension and refurbishments works taking place. The works involved fabric upgrades, extensions to the main warehouses areas, and replacement of building services with much greater energy efficiency alternatives. Dynamic Simulation Modelling was used to determine energy efficiency and carbon performance, which culminated in the lodgment of the level 5 EPC for the building.
