Merlin Manor is a new 94-bedroom residential Care Home for those living with dementia. This building, on a sloping greenfield site, provides permanent accommodation for dementia patients. The design takes advantage of the sloping site to allow a wing of three storeys and another of two storeys on a suburban site. Interior facilities include day rooms, dining rooms, kitchens, laundry, cinema, hair dressing and nurse’s stations. All bedrooms for residents have en-suite WC and shower facilities.
